ZOOM is a great system to use for virtual events to connect with people and there may be times you want to record the session on gallery view to show everyone in the room. Not everyone wants to have their cameras on though and unless you turn off the non camera views, you'll have black boxes all around your recording and that's not attractive.
What you'll want to do is click on the video camera arrow to the right of the camera and then click on "video settings" there you'll be able to click on the box that says "hide non video participants" and then you can even click to see up to 49 participants at a time so it looks grander in your video recording and won't have to flip between as many pages to see everyone.
