Russia's economic potential allows for average annual GDP growth rates above 3% in the long term.
Constructive economic development scenarios require a range of measures to protect the population. Key measures include modernizing the healthcare system, developing the social system, and improving the quality of life.
The influence of regular monetary and fiscal policies on economic dynamics in the long term is limited, but they can play a very important role at the start of a new economic cycle.
Technological advances, which are impossible without expanding the scope of fundamental and applied research, will be critical to achieving acceptable rates of economic growth and maintaining our country's competitiveness in the global economy.
