install gwyddion with flatpack
I had multiple problems install gwyddion and this was by far the easiest way to gwyddion without any problems.
If the software store doesn't work you install the software directly with the flatpak command.
flatpak install flathub net.gwyddion.Gwyddion
flatpak install flathub com.github.tchx84.Flatseal
