Making Homemade Elderflower and Honeysuckle Wine (Includes Foraging Tips)
Out foraging again with the girls to get some elderflower florets, but also spied a bunch of honeysuckle, so plans changed slightly.
This is a recipe for elderflower (and honeysuckle) wine, but do note that it is not a recipe for elderflower champagne. Will do that separately, maybe next year now.
