On The House White Wine Kit - No Fuss Method 🙂
One from the archives… made this kit a while ago, and have made a few more since. Yes, this way takes a little while longer to make, but I’m fine with it. If you want kill fermentation and clear it with finings then you can probably do that in around 10 days or so.
