OpSci Commons: Data Publish, Discovery & Download
OpSci Commons is a decentralized data commons that incentivizes researchers to publish FAIR-compliant datasets that are findable, accessible, interoperable, reproducible. Commons runs on Estuary to provide automated deal flow for Filecoin archival of published datasets and pinning on IPFS.
This video demonstrates publishing of reproducible neuroimaging datasets onto decentralized storage networks (IPFS, Filecoin) with embedded metadata for search functions.
