This is a tutorial on how to use and photographs in anime studio. I've made a tutorial on this subject a couple of times years ago but I felt like I should update it.
There are two parts to this tutorial. The first shows you how to cut out a car and separate it's wheels. This is to illustrate that you can use the same picture several times to "pull apart" an image without having to cut it apart in another program. The second part is to show you that this same technique can be used on people and faces to create a combine them with your vector art and animation.
This technique can be used to create animations similar to that of the site jibjab or southpark and other cutout styles of animation.
