Sim City 4: How to create custom buildings using Google SketchUp Pro

Please take the time to read this information carefully as it may save you a lot of frustration and disappointment.
This tutorial only shows how SketchUp Pro (NOT the regular, free version) can be used to create custom buildings for Sim City 4 Rush Hour / Deluxe Edition.
Requirements:
1. Google SketchUp Pro (free trial is available; more info http://www.sketchup.com/intl/en/produ...
2. SC4 B.A.T. (called 'BAT (Building Architect Tool)' at this download website: http://www.simprograms.com/simcity/si...
3. SC4 Plug-in Manager (included in the 'BAT (Building Architect Tool)' download link of the previous point);
4. LotEditor (called 'Lot Editor Tool' at this download website: http://www.simprograms.com/simcity/si....
I have noticed these hyperlinks do no longer work. Whenever I get the chance to update these, I will. Until then, please Google the stuff you are looking for.
PLEASE read information on these programs CAREFULLY before installing and using them. I may make a video about this in the future for those who need it, but most of it is pretty clear already.
If you would like to make your own buildings, but do not really know how to do it: do precisely what I did in the video (including using the same building!).
