The process of building a flow in Workflow Studio begins with creating a flow. Triggers and actions are configured, and the flow is tested for errors. After successful testing, associated catalog items are manually configured. The flow tab is used to view history and executions, and apply filters. Custom flows are created for the organization by referring to product documentation or seeking help from the ServiceNow community.
