Self-Care...It's NOT just for women! | Guy Edition

I usually do #SelfCareSundays on my IG (@21ShadesOfJayy). So in this video, I just wanted to showcase what I do on a typical self-care day. I really want more guys to participate in self-care because I feel it is extremely important and most guys might see it as a weakness. I'm making this video, to show others that it's okay to take care of yourself and do things that might be deemed "unmanly". You don't have to do the things I did in the video, but I really believe you should do something. Maybe, hit the gym, go to the shooting range, etc. Whatever brings you peace, I believe you need to make time weekly to do it.
