Playing back a 60p clip will look fairly standard.
If you want to give your clip the smooth slow motion look, select your clip from a camera clip bin, right click, select interpret footage. Click below source frame rate and type in 30. Now when you drag your clip into the timeline it will play, with a smooth slow motion effect. Keep in mind that its best to have the sequence settings at the same frame rate as your new slow motioned clip.
