Ingredients:
unsalted butter 100g or 7tbsp
milk 120ml or 1/2 cup
water 120ml or 1/2 cup
sugar 2tsp
salt 1 pinch
plain flour 150g or 1&1/4 cup
Chocolate Ganache
Ingredients:
chocolate 200g
double cream 150ml or 1/2 cup
Cream Filling
Ingredients:
double cream 400ml or 1&1/3 cup
icing sugar 40g or 4tbsp
vanilla extract 1tsp
bake at 180c(preheated oven) for 20minutes then at 170C for another 20-25 minutes
