FISHING FOR COD, POLLOCK, AND MACKEREL FROM TINY BOAT IN OPEN OCEAN!
Catching cod, pollock and mackerel in Nova Scotia, Canada. On this adventure, we take my 14 foot aluminum tiny boat into open ocean for some deep sea fishing. We ventured approximately 10km off shore and managed to catch lots of fish! We used weighted jigs and sabiki rigs and ended up keeping a total of 10 ground fish. The mackerel were not in thick and we caught nothing of size to keep.
