Nothing Bundt Cake Copycat Chocolate.
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 Box of Chocolate cake mix.
1 Package of Chocolate pudding.
¾ Cup of vegetable oil.
4 Eggs.
1 Cup of water.
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Icing:
2 Cups of confectioners sugar.
1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract.
2 Tablespoons of butter at room temperature.
1 Package of Cream Cheese.
Directions:
1 Mix all powders together, add liquids and mix until you get a pudding consistency.
2 Bake in a Bundt cake pan previously greased at 350 F for 40-45 minutes.
3 Muy Importante!!! Wait 10 minutes and turn the still hot cake upside down, this will do the magic. Let it cool completely before icing it.
Icing:
1 Mix all ingredients using a stand mixer for 3 minutes.
Create patterns to cover parts of the cake.
