Quick workaround: Use Windows Key + E to open Windows Explorer.
Click on desktop using right mouse button.
Choose "Personalize".
If theres no menu on the left side then resize windows.
Choose Themes from the left menu.
Click Dekstop Icon Settings
Tick checkbox - "Computer" under Dekstop icons..
