SQL Server How to Delete Disable Windows authentication login

If you are using Active Directory you should be able to disable whole group
Becareful ! If you disable Administrator Windows Authentication login and forget sa password you will have problem with accessing SQL Server database. (login failed for user DOMAIN\account account is disabled)
Tips should work on: SQL 2008 R2, SQL 2012, SQL 2014, SQL 2016.
