We are called to use wisdom and seek God’s guidance in everything. As we navigate new technology, we need God’s wisdom to help us make ethical, loving choices and use AI responsibly.
Being made in God’s image gives humans unique creativity and responsibility. God calls us to use our creativity wisely and with care. When we develop or use AI, we should reflect God’s purpose, valuing life and seeking to make ethical choices that promote human flourishing.
Jesus commands us to love others, and that includes how we use technology. We should consider whether our use of AI respects others’ privacy, promotes honesty, and builds community.
