The main activity can be seen around the top right quarter of the video. This is located just below the light fitting seen at the top of the video. The other activity is more towards the middle of the video near the dark brick areas.
There was nobody in the basement, no doors open or windows in the room. This is the hidden basement where the fleeing slaves would have been kept after they had made their way up the tunnel from the Niagara river. This house played a major role in the underground railroad.
