Occupy UGC Movement
Students filed a petition against the Delhi Police for locking up more than 150 protestors from universities across the country, who were among those marching to the Parliament to make their voices heard.
These protests are part of the larger ‘Occupy UGC’ movement. Students have been protesting against the government’s regressive policies on education since October this year.
