Playing Gran Turismo 5 at long last. episode 4 (Attempting GT World Cup)
Episode 4 takes us into the GT World Cup, and things got serious real fast.
We went in with our trusty Mazda RX-7 TC and managed to secure a strong second place finish… but this is where we met our new nemesis: the BMW McLaren F1 GTR Race Car ’97.
That machine is on another level. We struggled hard trying to keep up with it throughout the championship, always just outpaced when it mattered most.
But then came the realization… the RX-7 wasn’t the problem.
I completely overlooked the transmission tuning, and the car was hitting a hard wall at 300 km/h. No wonder we couldn’t keep up.
Now that the issue is fixed, everything changes.
Next episode… we’re coming back for revenge. And this time, the McLaren won’t get away so easily. 🏁🔥
