Playing Gran Turismo 5 at long last. episode 3 (the small cars grind)
We spent a good chunk of time setting up new cars for the beginner division, trying to find that perfect lightweight machine. Turns out, that hunt was way more frustrating than expected.
But the real boss fight? The dreaded Yaris/Vitz race. After some trial, error, and a few well-placed upgrades on our own Toyota, we finally broke through and took the win.
Once that hurdle was out of the way, things got a lot more… one-sided. Enter the Mugen Motul Honda Civic Si, which we used to absolutely flatten the competition across the remaining small car events.
Of course, it wouldn’t be this playthrough without the emulator throwing in a few crashes here and there, just to keep things interesting.
All in all, this episode is about clearing out the small car races and pushing deeper into the beginner series.
