Markforged 3D Printed Metal Form Tooling
This bending device was simply printed over the weekend. The
customer was looking to bend 1” OD Cold Rolled 1020 Steel tubing with 0.12” wall thickness.
The benefits:
The 3D printed components are able to bend the steel at an angle of more than 50 degrees at 900 bends per set!
