The evolution of XIMEA - our key milestones
We proudly present some of our most remarkable milestones!
Back in 2009, the world’s smallest industrial #usbcamera launched on the market, our #xiMU camera series. Only 4 years later, the #xiB camera series was introduced, our first #pciecamera with high-speed and high-resolution, equipped with #cmos sensor or #scmos sensor. After that, in 2015, XIMEA’s first #hyperspectralcamera series in cooperation with the sensor manufacturer #IMEC was created, the #xiSpec. Following in 2019, our new models of the #xiB-64 camera series reached outstanding performance with #highspeed and #highresolution. Our latest milestone in 2021 was marked by the introduction of cameras with detached sensor heads reaching full sensor specs of #Sony #PregiusSsensor, which are part of the #xiX camera series.
