MEN die for it and BABIES cry for it! In today's climate, there is a lot to complain about. FINDING and KEEPING GRATITUDE is one way to prevent yourself from falling in the victim vortex... Lol. Life hands us WINS & losses... it's our job to CELEBRATE the wins and LEARN from the losses.
There was a time in my life (as you will see in this video) when I didn't like to be recognized -let alone be brought on stage for an award. Eventually one of my mentors expressed that be recognized in a room full of people is not JUST ABOUT YOU! It's also meant to ENCOURAGE the people in the room who live and die for RECOGNITION so that they reach NEW LEVELS...
