Raleigh Golf Association Winter Review
Raleigh Golf Association is location just south of downtown Raleigh, off Tryon Rd.
Being in a big city they capture the small town local club feel. Fair price drinks and food as well as a simple year around price (I think). This may not be your primary course of choice unless you are pinching pennies. However, if the surrounding more expensive courses are booked… RGA will deliver! I also think it is great they offer a 2-Man, 9-Hole Texas Scramble every Thursday night….to the public!
The winter has beat up a lot of tracks in this area, but they/most bounce back in the spring and summer. RGA’s won’t be in “Pinehurst” shape, but it will be better than its $40.00 price tag leads to believe it is.
