What a Day in ANTARCTICA looks like! HOW is this my life?!
Here's what a day in Antarctica looks like! This was my second full day in the Antarctic Peninsular from my 10 day Antarctica Expedition. We woke up to beautiful blue skies and got straight out on the zodiacs after breakfast. On this trip we saw so many penguins, seals and a family of humpback whales, it was sooo amazing!
After lunch and a rest back on the ship, we headed out in the afternoon on a zodiac trip seeing lots of ice, and we got to stand on land. This was out first time on the main land of Antarctica so we could officially say we've stepped foot on the Antarctic continent and this was my 7th continent!
We ended the day with a round up and our spirits were high... although we woke up to bad news the next day!
