Grapple Hooks in Minecraft 1.15 - Datapack | Command Block Tutorial
Hi viewer, I realized I am an idiot. If you are downloading a datapack why not just put all the commands in the datapack? I did that now. Go to the dropbox link and click direct download. All you have to go is put the datapack in the correct folder and run /reload in game. This process is detailed below.

Ok here is what you do, from the minecraft title screen click Singleplayer. Then click the world you would like to play then click edit. The click Open World Folder. This should open a file explorer. In the file explorer find the folder datapacks. Open that folder. Paste the .zip file from dropbox into the datapacks folder. You do not need to extract resources or anything, just place the .zip file into the datapacks folder. Now go back to minecraft and join the world. It should now work. Just to be safe, run /reload.
