We all know or should know that stress can be a huge trigger for our HS flares. So I always try to keep it real with myself and the seasons I am in. Talking about my problems even just out loud helps me understand how to get through & find a solution.

Medically my HS can always be worse but I am learning that by saying that I minimize the current pain I am living with. Soooo, here’s to fighting insurance companies, managing mom life and learning to give myself grace along the way!
