Dunder is a "muck" made up of semi-solids or "lees" found in the bottom of a rum fermentation base and backset from the end of a rum distillation run that we add fresh cane sugar and/or molasses and water to to create a high ester funky Jamaican Rum that we can cultivate over multiple generations. High funk, high flavor, and high potency. This is Dunder Rum.
