Visited Chip Chap Shahi Corner and honestly the experience was incredible! I, Mark Mehta Youtuber, ordered their Butter Chicken, Butter Naan, Afghani Soya Chaap, and Paneer Tikka — every single dish had authentic Mughlai taste with rich original flavours of India.
The Butter Chicken was the real star — perfectly balanced savory sweetness, slight tangy flavour, authentic chicken broth taste, and an amazing charcoal smoked aroma that stayed on the taste buds. The gravy was rich, buttery, creamy, and full of restaurant-style Mughlai texture.
The Butter Naan was unbelievably huge, almost as big as a football ground, fully drenched in butter and super soft. Afghani Soya Chaap was smoky, juicy, and creamy while Paneer Tikka had proper tandoori flavour with perfect spices.
Service was quick and friendly, and the quantity according to price is absolutely worth it. If you love authentic North Indian and Mughlai food, this place is a must visit in Noida.
