Today I explored another hidden gem in Bhangel, Noida — Nabi Fry Chicken (NFC), a popular Muslim restaurant known for its rich Mughlai flavors and unique chicken & beef preparations.
This place serves a wide variety of aromatic and flavorful dishes including Chicken Korma, Chicken Kali Mirch, Butter Chicken, Chicken Changezi, Chicken Lollipop, Tandoori Chicken, and Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani.
The highlight of my visit was their rare and unique “White Chicken Tikka”, made authentically using Amul cream, butter, and hung curd, giving it a creamy, rich, and melt-in-the-mouth texture. And Chicken Changezi was mind blowing with its tomatoes based gravy with combination flavors and taste of sour and sweetness balanced.
What makes this place special is its perfectly balanced masala, not too spicy but deeply flavorful — enhancing every bite without overpowering the natural taste of chicken.
If you're looking for authentic Mughlai food in Noida, this spot is definitely worth visiting!
