We want to be the people that are on the right side of history. We want to be able to say to our customers through all the key technology decisions that have been made over the last 30 years, we have successfully survived and iterated, and we are where we are now because we have been on the right side of history.
Right now is our time to build and scale up and capitalize on that success and then we’ll look forward to the next decisions that we are faced with. If we look at the reasons why people want to work here – you have to have a very high bar and continually challenge yourself every day and I feel like this team recognizes that’s the expectation of CorpInfo.
Some people are at the growing talent stage of their career. We identify areas that our team is really passionate about individually and then invest in those areas so that we can raise the overall bar and the team. As a result, there is no limit to how fast we can move in this period.
There are thousands of Amazon partners out there, but to be in the top 10 in the U.S. is something we should be very proud of. There are very few partners that can say that 25% of their people are pro-level certified, that’s a great accomplishment and we are going to make sure that we continually raise the bar and the capabilities of this team.
It’s great to get together with everyone, I enjoy seeing everyone’s faces, but I really enjoy knowing where the business is, where it’s going, and what the goals are. I just want to say thank you for doing these and keeping us in the loop.
