In this video we will step through installing KDE from a standard Ubuntu 11.10 installation. If you have installed/upgraded to Ubuntu 11.10 the first thing you will notice is that Unity is the only real choice you have (aside from GNOME Shell 3). So if you're not a Unity fan, other Window Managers are a great way to customize Ubuntu and still get the great Ubuntu system/support we all know and love.
You will need to use Terminal to enter one command:
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop
