HOW TO GET 5-Row Keyboard iOS4 for Free. Make your keyboard complete on IPod and IPhone
Requires iOS4 (not for iPad)
Uses Winterboard file substitution
This package let your iPhone has an alternative 5 row QWERTY keyboard for iOS4.
Because of some limit of iOS, the Auto-Caps cannot work in custom keyboards.
After you install this package, please use Winterboad to apply the them.
Then, go to Settings General Keyboard International Keyboards, Choose English ( or English (UK) ) 5Row.
This modification is achieved by using a Winterboard theming feature for file substitution. You must first activate the newly added theme from the Winterboard configuration in the Settings app. This has to be done before you can view and choose the Optimized keyboard layout from Settings. See the screenshots below or contact the author for help.

Install 5-Row Keyboard Via Cydia
Launch Cydia lol im on safe mode its faster for me eheheh
Add this repo if you didn't already have it ihackstore.com/repo
Then search 5 row keyboard only works on 4.0 or higher
Install it
Go to winterboard my bad
Active it and respring
Now after respring go to setting
General then keyboard choose 5 row
Then you now have full keyboard on ios 4
