TCS Cognitive Digital Twin for Predictive Maintenance in Power Plants
TCS developed a digital twin for air pre-heaters in power plants to predict fouling and to make long-term forecasts of potential outages. This helps in minimizing unplanned shutdowns of the power plant and in scheduling maintenance activities in a planned manner.
