For TTRPG Talk, we look at the 24XX SRD system and some of my interpretations of this system. Originally created for a series of targeted mini "Lo-fi, sci-fi" games developed by Jason Tocci, it is pretty good for narrative-focused games built around a unifying theme and provides a lot of tools to help support your character creation process. The minimal mechanical elements involved in character creation and simple roll-over system with out math also allow this game to be quick to pick up for new players and one-shots.
