Who makes the perfect Flakey Biscuit / Chef Tim Edition
Lets talk about Biscuits for just a few moments. Its something that I grew up loving and my grandmother did make biscuits all of the time in her cast iron skillet.
They were good however, it wasn't until I was at a ripe age of 16 and I had my drivers license. I started going to a @Hardees that was 2 miles from my high school. I would get an open face biscuit with sausage gravy and has-brown rounds. They were so so good and have been a huge fan of Hardees my whole life.
Then a few weeks ago I got an invite from them to attend their National Baking Biscuit competition. This was an internal competition within their own company which allows for the four finalist to compete for $10,000
This was so fun attending this event and wanted to give a big congrats to all four contestants and of coarse Heather who won the grand prize.
