What makes a legendary burger? Ingredients & Equipment right!
In this video I really did create one of the best burgers I have really ever made. Now a hamburger / cheeseburger is a different creation than a smash burger. Because its a completely different process.
In this video I highlight two things: @SchwankGrills that cooks your products really quickly and in this case, Bacon, Buns, and Bison Ground Meat and secondly, the products used in this recipe: bison, bacon, brioche bun, roasted jalapeno, good mayo, and provolone cheese.
When you combine all these ingredients they make for a fantastic cheeseburger.
