The highest dive word record 58.8m
On 4 August 2015, the Swiss of Brazilian origin Lazaro "Laso" Schaller set the world record for diving from the platform, jumping from 58.8 m (higher than the Tower of Pisa, which measures "only" 56.71 m) and exceeding 120 km/h upon entering the water. The feat was accomplished in Maggia, Switzerland, at the Salto waterfall.
