This is a patient who has had a TAVI and developed new LBBB but which then partially resolved . Does this mean that her conduction has improved ? Should she be discharged?
The key thing here is to understand what the PR interval is.
If the PR interval lengthens, its likely that the RBBB is ALSO delaying, giving the APPEARANCE of narrow QRS
