HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES

INGREDIENTS:
16 - 20 Strawberries
1 cup Chocolate Chips (Dark, Milk or White)
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
LET'S MAKE IT:
•Make sure berries are clean dry and cool from the refrigerator
•Pour 1 cup of Chocolate chips into a microwave safe dish. (One that has a bit of a cone shape to it is best for dipping.)
•Add 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil to the Chocolate chips.
•Place in the microwave for 1 minute then stir until smooth
•Dip the strawberries and place on a pan lined with wax paper or aluminum foil
•The chocolate will start setting after about minute so if you want to decorate with sprinkles do so quickly so they will stick to the chocolate.
•Let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Place them in cupcake liners to serve.
