Sweet Potato Hash

Ingredients:
2 large Sweet Potatoes
1/2 of an Medium Size Onion
1/3cup Brown Sugar
1/2cup Walnuts
1tbsp Ghee (or oil of your choice)
Salt (light)
Instructions
•Cube sweet potatoes
•Dice onion
•In a large mixing bowl add ghee or oil of your choice, add in sweet potatoes, onions, brown sugar, walnuts and a sprinkle of salt massage ingredients together.
•Place on a baking sheet and put in the oven set to 350°f/175°c for 1 hour, afterwards allow to cook and serve.
