-User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – client testing end-to-end solutions with configurations + security + RICEFW in QAS
-Derivable: Detailed Design Document and UAT signed off

Phase 5: Deploy
Outcomes:
-Executing the cutover plan to transition from legacy systems to SAP
-Conducting end-user training sessions
-Creation of AMS and Project landscape (DEV/QAS for both – new waves for projects will continue)
-Data migration mock test (real data)
-Transitioning project deliverables to the support team for ongoing maintenance (Project team provide team resources to AMS team)

Phase 6: Run
Outcomes:
-Golive – turn on the interfaces and start real transactions in the system
-Data migration final delta with master data and transactional data
-AMS team providing ongoing support to end-users.
-Return to prepare phase for another wave in the project
-Implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
