Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) implemented a simulation model to optimize the Air Force aircraft repair process at Robins Air Force Base. The model effectively addressed significant delays in the radome repair process, enabling stakeholders to develop new business rules and avoid unnecessary costs. As a result, WR-ALC improved time performance and saved $24k, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction at no additional cost.
