WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE RECIPE FOR DRIP

200 GRMS WHITE CHOCOLATE
100 GRMS CREAM
Heat cream till simmer and pour over chopped chocolate. stir till smooth and fully melted. chill for 10 min in fridge till set.
