Gen 3 Night Vision... IR reflectivity of Plate Carriers and BDUs (multiple patterns).
In this video, I use NVG's to show multiple plate carriers, ghillie suits, and different camouflage pattern BDU's from multiple manufacturers in both passive mode and with active IR illumination.
The NVG device used is an L3 Filmless Gen 3 Autogating Omni VIII Aviation Grade PVS14 with 2600FOM in White Phosphor.
The thermal device used is a Pulsar Helion 2 XP50 Pro (640 sensor, sub-25millikelvin NETD sensitivity).
I show the following commercial patterns: Subdued Tigerstripe by Propper, Digital Subdued Urban by Rothco, Digital Midnight by Rothco, ATACS by Browning, and a Hunting pattern by Arcturus, and a Deep Forest German pattern.
I show the following official use (surplus) military patterns: ACU, Woodland, Multicam.
I show an Arcturus Ghillie Suit, a Red Rock Ghillie Suit, a Handmade Ghillie Suit, and my design of thermal evasion looping and vertical strip ghillie.
I show 4 different plate carriers from different manufactuers, and different pouches and gear.
