Hawker style Chai Tow Kway 炒菜头糕!
In my last video I made my Mum's carrot cake (radish). Although it is delicious on it's on, it's also fantastic when you pan fry it dim sum restaurant style, or stir fry it hawker style!
I made this for my kids. You can add some spicy chilli paste for some kick! Enjoy!
