TES II: Daggerfall - Part 04 - The Werewolf
Bumblebus heads to the titular city of Daggerfall to meet with some bottom-rung folk in the court. He receives a request from such a person, who sends him to kill a werewolf somewhere in the kingdom.

This is another quest that selects its location at random. If there's more than one werewolf in the dungeon, you have to kill the specific one the game chooses.
One thing that bothers me about this video is that I was lucky enough to get the werewolf right at the start, but my strategy for clearing these dungeons out dictated that I go the other way first.
I could have just re-recorded the dungeon, too, but hindsight is 20-20.
