Penang is one of Malaysia’s most fascinating destinations where Chinese, Malay, Indian and colonial cultures blend together. During our visit we explored the famous Thai Reclining Buddha Temple, the Burmese Buddhist Temple, the colorful Murugan Hill Temple, the floating Clan Jetties, and the vibrant streets of Georgetown filled with murals and hidden cafes.
We also try some classic Penang desserts like Ais Kacang and Cendol while exploring the historic streets and unique shops around Georgetown.
