Adding audio and video tracks in Premiere Pro | Quick Tip

Control or right click to the left of the sequence in the sequence window and select Add Tracks. Select the number of audio and video tracks you would like to add. For video select After if you want your new track to appear above the top current track. For audio select After Audio if you want the new audio track to appear below the lowest audio track. For the Audio Submit Tracks, keep it at 0 and Track Type to Stereo for most cases.
To delete Tracks simply select above to the left of the sequence, right or control click and select Delete Video Tracks and Delete Audio tracks while making sure the pulldown is on All Empty Tracks in order not to delete any footage accidentally.
